Refund Policy

At Salkara, we take pride in preparing fresh, high-quality food for our customers. Due to the perishable and hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once orders have been collected or delivered. Customers are encouraged to check their order at the time of collection to ensure accuracy. If you believe your order is incorrect, missing items, or not prepared to our usual standards, please contact us as soon as possible (preferably within 30 minutes of collection) so we can review the issue. Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund at our discretion and upon verification of the concern. Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins; however, once preparation has started, cancellations may not be possible. For larger or bulk orders, advance notice may be required for cancellations. We aim to resolve any genuine issues fairly and promptly while maintaining proper food safety standards.
